Most wash cycles take around 35 minutes. Drying timevaries depending on the size of your load, fabric type and the dryer heatsetting selected.
No. Every machine dispenses non-bio detergent andfabric softener automatically.
Our stores are fully cashless. Pay by phone wallet (Apple Pay / Google Pay), contactless debit or credit card, or through the Speed Queen app.
Our largest washers are 18kg — around three householdloads at once. Great for bedding, duvets and large loads.
Stores are self-service, but our support team is available every day via phone and chat, and machines have on-screen guidance in multiple languages.
Yes. Many customers choose to leave while theirlaundry is washing or drying. Our app can notify you when your cycle is nearlycomplete. Washing machine doors remain locked during the wash cycle, whiledryer doors can be opened during drying. Please collect your laundry promptly,as customers are responsible for their belongings while using the launderette.
