Download the app

Grab Speed Queen free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — under 60MB.

Verify your email

Enter the 6-digit verification code we email you to secure your account.

Sign up or log in

Create your Speed Queen Laundry account, add the unique 6-digit location pin and you're ready to wash & dry. Can’t find the pin? Email hello@speedqueenlaundry.ie and we’d be happy to help .

Check machine availability.

Select your Speed Queen store by entering the 6-digit location pin or scanning the QR code in store. Your pin lives on the store locator. Once connected, you'll see every washer and dryer with its status, remaining time and price — updating in real time.

Is the app free?

Yes. The Speed Queen app is free to download on iOS and Android. You only pay for the cycles you run.

Do I need the app to use Speed Queen?

No — you can pay at the machine with a contactless card or phone wallet. The app just makes it faster and unlocks rewards.

How do I connect to a store?

Enter the 6-digit store PIN, which you can find on our Store Locator or on posters in-store.

Can I get a refund if a cycle fails?

Yes. If something doesn't go as expected, get in touchwith our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to investigate and assist.

How do I earn and redeem points?

Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. Once you reach 25points, you'll receive £2.50 in reward credit, which can be redeemed againstyour next wash or dry cycle.
